Two configuration options are available which allow a different standard tax year start date to be set and/or a different landlord tax year start date to be set. These can be used together in the situation where your standard tax year start date is different and where the landlord tax year start date is different to the standard.

The standard tax year start date is used in all accounts processes, whereas the landlord tax year start date covers landlord-specific tax reporting.

Contact Reapit Support to set this up.
