Running the Annual Tax Report (NRLY) (UK only)

If you have migrated to using AgencyCloud for Client Accounts during the tax year, you need to produce the Reapit NRLY Excel report and combine it the NRLY produced from your previous system

How to run a NRLY report is outlined below

1. Run report

From the Lettings main menu:

  • Select Landlord Tax then click Tax Reports

  • Click the red arrows to change the Tax Year, as required

  • Click Annual Tax Report (NRLY)

To run a quarterly NRLY report, right-click over the Annual Tax Report (NRLY) link and select the relevant quarter to report on

2. Report format option

  • Select whether to produce the report in PDF or Excel format
    See step 3 for examples

  • Click Accept

 

3. Example reports

The report can be created as a PDF or exported to Excel
