Where configured, rule-based tenant arrears notifications can be set up which allow pre-set plans to run depending on the current length of arrears.
Plan configuration includes:
- sending a notification to the landlord or tenant
- notification can take the form of a text, an email or a letter
- preset templates are used and can differ for each notification set up
- plans can be set up differently for each office
- plans can exclude finished tenancies and/or calculate the number of days arrears from the rent paid to date (instead of the default calculation)
