A configuration option is available which , when enabled, shows all additions, edits and deletions of certificates on a lettings property in the Activity Feed and Journal

From the property record:

The Activity Feed panel will display details of:

  • New certificates

  • Certificates that have been deleted

  • Changes to existing certificates
    All changes within the Certificates screen are logged, except for additions/edits to the Notes field

Double-click an entry to display the property Journal:

  • Changes to certificates are stored in the Detail Change section
