A configuration option is available which, when enabled, requires a valid electrical safety certificate to be present on a tenancy before the tenancy can be made current

To enable this configuration option, click here to contact Reapit Support

 

1. Enter electrical safety certificate details

From tenancy:

  • Access Pre-Tenancy tab

  • Beside Electrical cert, ensure valid certificate details are entered or tick No electric

2. Enter certificate details

Where required, enter certificate details as usual

New certificates can be added by clicking the No certificate link on the Pre-Tenancy screen (shown in step 1) or from the property via the Attributes screen (Appliances, Insurance & Safety tab)


3. When making tenancy current

When making a tenancy current, if a valid electrical certificate is not entered (and No electric is not ticked) - a prompt will be displayed
