Two configuration options are available which, when enabled, prevent a user from:
creating a new works order (this also affects being able to create works orders in bulk)
editing an existing works order
Either one or both of the above settings can be applied per user/group

When your configuration is set so that you cannot edit a works order, from AgencyCloud version 12.133 you will be able to add notes to them |
