This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Two configuration options are available which, when enabled, prevent a user from:

  • creating a new works order (this also affects being able to create works orders in bulk)
  • editing an existing works order

Either one or both of the above settings can be applied per user/group

When both of the above settings are enabled (i.e. the user cannot add or edit works orders):

  • From the Works Order screen, the Create button is not available


  • Works Orders can be viewed, but not edited


  • When viewing a list of safety inspections due to expire (e.g. gas safety) via the Property Management panel on the Organiser, the option to book the inspections in bulk is not available

When your configuration is set so that you cannot edit a works order, from AgencyCloud version 12.133 you will be able to add notes to them
