Please note that this feature, while released in Reapit Agency Cloud version 12.106, is not widely available for use across the Reapit UK client base - it was initially designed for Australia (as a custom DLL) and, from 12.106 was implemented for LSL use only

The restriction is due to the client needing access to configure/set-up the feature via security settings - currently there isn't a way of allowing this without opening access to all other security and configuration settings

Do not offer the availability of this to clients unless you have taken advice on this from a department head


Where configured, rule-based tenant arrears notifications can be set up which allow pre-set plans to run depending on the current length of arrears.

Plan configuration includes:

  • sending a notification to the landlord or tenant
    • notification can take the form of a text, an email or a letter
  • preset templates are used and can differ for each notification set up 
  • plans can be set up differently for each office
  • plans can exclude can exclude finished tenancies

Using rule-based arrears notifications

From the main menu: 

  • Click Lettings and select Chase Arrears

  • Tick the arrears to include

  • Click Send rule-based notifications (bottom right)
  • Prompts will be shown on screen, dependent on the notification plans in place
