 Access option from main menu

From the main menu:

  • Click Estate

  • Select Daily Accounts Processes

  • Click Unallocated Leaseholder Receipts

2. Unallocated service charge receipts

  • When importing receipts from bank statement (as outlined here), anything that was not auto-allocated to outstanding items would usually now be appearing in this list
    If you auto-allocated items, this would then prevent them from showing up in the above list

3. Allocating items

Items with pending receipts can be allocated

  • Double-click an item to allocate

  • Click Yes
    Each outstanding item is displayed along with a total of money left to allocate - this total will decrease as you allocate

  • Click Create Postings

This is an important step in the daily processes and, while not all receipts have to be actioned each time, as many as possible should be
