A configuration option is available to display the total of all arrears against a tenancy, not just rent invoices

From the tenancy, Details tab:

  • The Accounts panel displays the total Arrears figure

  • Image Added

  • With this configuration switched on

...

  • : the total figure shown will match the total of the arrears seen when clicking the figure to view the detail (i.e. the total of all arrears)

  • With this configuration switched off

...

  • : the total figure shown is for rent invoices in arrears only, clicking the figure to view the detail will then show all arrears
