1. Access certificate management screen

From a lettings property, in the Attributes panel:

• Click Certificates link to display the Attributes - Appliances, Insurance & Safety screen

  

• Click Certificate Responsibility Management (bottom right)

2. Certificate management screen settings

Each certificate type is listed

If a certificate type is required, to the right of the relevant certificate type:

• Ensure Not Required is unticked

• If it is to be managed by the landlord, select Managed By Landlord

• If it is to be managed by the agent (or another), set to Managed By Agency Agent
  This setting is available from AgencyCloud 12.147+, for versions 12.143-46, leave set to Not Set

If a certificate type is not required, to the right of the relevant certificate type:

• Tick Not Required
  The other options to the right are greyed out as they are not applicable
