In AgencyCloud 12.153+, two updates enhancements have been made regarding safety certificate responsibility, as follows:

Update to how certificate responsibility is presented in Clearer view of who is responsible for a certificate within the certificates grid (within in property attributes)
Changes Easy to see when changes to certificate responsibility and no gas/electric are automatically logged flag have been made via an automatic log in the property activity feed & property journal

1. Update to how certificate responsibility is presented in the certificates grid

From property attributes:

Certificate Managed By column now states who the certificate is managed by - i.e. Landlord or Agent (or Not set)
Previously this column was titled Landlord Books Certificates with entries stating Yes/No

2. Changes to certificate responsibility & no gas/electric automatically logged in the property activity feed & property journal

Any changes to certificate responsibility & no gas/electric are automatically logged in the property activity feed & property journal (as a Detail Change)
When more than one change is made, this will be shown as one activity feed/journal entry
Changes to the no gas/electric flag (tick box) within property/tenancy screens is also logged
