The following checks & agreements can be added/edited using the Setup Tenancy Checks/Agreements screen:
Checks: Pre-Tenancy, Post-Tenancy, Pre-Instruction, Offer, Certificate
Agreements: Break Clauses, Allowances, Renewal Options, Responsibilities - all options are found on the Agreement tab of the tenancy screen
