This feature is dependent on configuration being in place which:

allows draft and final property inspection report documents to be uploaded to a property inspection appointment, as outlined here:

generates an email to the landlord(s) with the final inspection report attached after upload via the document importer or the property inspection diary appointment, as outlined in these guides:
