This feature is dependent on configuration being in place which:
allows draft and final property inspection report documents to be uploaded to a property inspection appointment, as outlined here:
Store documents against property inspection - configuration optiongenerates an email to the landlord(s) with the final inspection report attached after upload via the document importer or the property inspection diary appointment, as outlined in these guides:

Email copy of final inspection report after upload via document importer - configuration option
When using the functionality outlined in the guides shown above, a further configuration option is available which, after uploading a final inspection report, will automatically send the email to the landlord
