A shortcut option is available on the tenancy screen to allow an email to be sent to all guarantors
An A blank or template email can be generated for all guarantors saved on any tenant involved in the tenancy, where an email address is stored
From tenancy: Right-click over Letters and select Send e-mail to guarantors Select whether to send a Blank or Template email
An email is generated and will be sent to all guarantors of all tenants (providing a guarantor email address has been entered)  Image Modified
