Shortcut on tenancy to send email to all guarantors

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A shortcut option is available on the tenancy screen to allow an email to be sent to all guarantors

An blank or template email can be generated for all guarantors saved on any tenant involved in the tenancy, where an email address is stored

From tenancy:

  • Right-click over Letters and select Send e-mail to guarantors

  • Select whether to send a Blank or Template email
    An email is generated and will be sent to all guarantors of all tenants (providing a guarantor email address has been entered)

This menu also offers shortcuts to send emails to the landlords, tenants or to all parties
(which gives the option to include guarantors, or not)
