This page explains how to add a recurring charge to a tenancy.


1. Complete the Tenancy Renewals & Alterations screen

Open the relevant tenancy screen:

  • From Financial & Renewals tab, double-click Add renewal, alteration or fee (at bottom)


In the Tenancy Renewals & Alterations screen:

  • Select Recurring Charge

  • Enter the From and to date for the period the recurring charge is to be raised for, leaving to blank has if the charge raise is to be raised indefinitely

  • Select Charge Type and Account

  • Enter the charge Net Amount, in number of months how often the charge is to recur and lastly a narrative Complete the Net Amount and Recur every fields along with the appropriate Narrative for the charge

  • Click Accept


2. Review the recurring charge

From the tenancy screen:

  • Click Raise Invoice


This displays the recurring fee that will be raised along with the rent invoice
