Tenancy fees can be added and saved to an invoice without needing to post the invoice it - this is particularly useful for the initial tenant invoice, allowing you to add tenancy fees before the invoice is needs to be posted
From the tenant invoice screen: Click Add item  Image ModifiedAdd the Amount and Description as required and click the cross (top right) to close the screen
Changes can also be made to existing Fees and Charges  Image ModifiedA prompt to save the fees and charges will be displayed, click Yes  Image Modified
