1. Complete the Tenancy Renewals and Alterations screen

Open the relevant tenancy screen, Financial & Renewals

  • In the Renewals / Alterations / Fees section (bottom of screen), click (plus)

  • Select Add renewal, alteration or fee and click Accept

 screen is displayed:

  • Select Recurring Charge

  • Enter

  • the From and to date for the period the recurring charge is to be raised for, leaving to blank if the charge is to be raised indefinitely

  • Select Charge Type and Account

  • Complete the Net Amount and Recur every fields along with the appropriate Narrative for the charge

  • Click Accept

2. Review the recurring charge

From the tenancy

  • Invoicing and select Raise Invoice
