A tenant can submit meter readings via the Consumer Portal MyAgency app - after submitting, the reading is updated in AgencyCloudReapit

1. Access meter readings option From tenant view: |

2. Select meter type & view previous readings |
Clicking any meter type will display a A list of previous readings will be displayed, as shown below right
To add a new reading, see next step

3. Enter reading Select required meter type and click Add (top right, shown above)
In this example Water was selected, although this can be changed by clicking the type menu and selecting Gas or Electric
Enter reading & Select Date of when the reading was taken
Click Add
