A tenant can submit meter readings via the Consumer Portal MyAgency app - after submitting, the reading is updated in AgencyCloudReapit

1. Access meter readings option

From tenant view:

  • Click Meter Readings

2. Select meter type & view previous readings

  • Click required meter type
    For example, Electric

Clicking any meter type will display a
  • A list of previous readings will be displayed, as shown below right

  • To add a new reading, see next step

3. Enter reading

  • Select required meter type and click Add (top right, shown above)

    In this example Water was selected, although this can be changed by clicking the type menu and selecting Gas or Electric

  • Enter reading & Select Date of when the reading was taken

  • Click Add

4. New reading added to

Consumer Portal

Reapit

  • The new reading is added to the list

  • Reapit (on the tenancy Management tab)
