A 28 day rent period (or 4 week) option can be selected wherever a rent period can be set

Tip
Rent periods that can be set in AgencyCloud: Weekly (p/w), Monthly (p/m), Yearly (p/a) & every 28 days (p/4w)

When setting the rent period as 28 days, select Rent p/4w
This is available wherever a rent period can be set and, once set, will be used as the default for the property/tenancy, for example:

Lettings property

If rent had already been set to another period (e.g. every month) - changing to every 4 weeks will alter the rent figure accordingly

...

on a tenancy or renewal and on an applicant record

Tip
When changing the rent to every 4 weeks, the rent figure taken from the property will be changed accordingly - for example, if rent is being charged at £6£7,500 per month (taken from the property), switching the period to every 4 weeks on the tenancy will change the rent figure to £6000
