1. Applicant status options

The screens on the right give examples of how an applicant should be set up when they are:

a) a local applicant with a property to sell

From applicant:

  • Click link beside Status
    The Applicant Status screen will be displayed

  • See 2 & 3 for examples on how to use the status screen

2. Local applicant with a property to sell

If an applicant is local with a property to sell:

  • Set Selling Position and Selling Status as required

  • If already selling with another agent, the Agent can be selected

  • Tick Potential Client 
    This should be done for all local applicants with a property to sell
    This allows a Potential Client report to be run

  • Set Selling Position to Nothing to sell

  • Enter the appropriate Buying Position

  • Set Buying Reason to Investor/To Let

4. Running applicant status reports

From

main menu: 

  • Click Reports and select Power Reports

  • Change the report type to Applicant Report and select Sales or Lettings, as required

  • To report by office, click Office and select an office name or choose is current office

  • To ensure only active applicants are returned, click Active and leave set to is true

  • Select the required buying/selling status criteria to narrow down the applicants returned
