When non An invoicing note can be added to a property - this is useful when non-standard fees need to be recorded , or any other specialist invoice related note or alert is required, an invoicing note can be added to a property
Once an invoicing note is added on a property record, it is visible when raising an invoice from both the landlord and tenant screens
1. Adding an invoice note From the property screen:

In Accounts Functions, click Invoicing to raise a tenant invoice
