1. Add & save Certificate Managed By column to the certificates screen

From Organiser, Property Management panel:

  • Right-click over a certificate entry, e.g. Gas safety expiry in xx days and click Full results

  • The certificates screen is displayed - to add the new column, right-click over the column headings, click Pick columns then select Certificate Managed By

  • The new column will be added to the far right side of the grid - click and drag the column heading to the desired position

  • Right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout

2. Use the Certificate Managed By column in the certificates screen

Grid functions can be used to sort or filter by landlord or property notes

  • To sort the list, click the column heading

  • To filter by column content, click to the right of the column heading (to view filter icon) and choose to Group by or filter by specific type, e.g. Landlord
