Where configured, A configuration option is available which allows diary appointments created in your Reapit diary in AgencyCloud can to be added to your Microsoft Outlook calendar

1. Create diary appointment

From main menu:

  • Click Diary (top left of main menu)

  • Create the appointment

in your Reapit diary

  • , as usual

  • Click Save

2. Copy to Outlook prompt

This prompt will be displayed:

  • Click Yes

  • If No is clicked, a right-click option allows you to copy the appointment to Outlook at a later date

3. Appointment in Outlook

The appointment details will be transferred to an Outlook appointment screen

From Outlook appointment:

  • Click Save

& Close

  • (to save to Outlook)

  • Click Exit on the appointment in

AgencyCloud

  • Reapit (shown in step 1)
    The appointment is now displayed in your Reapit diary

in AgencyCloud

  • and your Outlook calendar

4. Editing appointments

When changing appointment details in

AgencyCloud

the Reapit diary:

  • An option to update the Outlook appointment is offered

5. Cancelling appointments

When cancelling an appointment in the Reapit diary

in AgencyCloud

:

  • An option to remove it from the Outlook calendar is offered

Tip

If needing to un-cancel the appointment in the future, when reinstating the appointment in

the diary in AgencyCloud

the Reapit diary, an option to copy it back to Outlook will be offered
