Use the guide below to ensure you add all the criteria required for this report

2. Criteria needed

For this report, criteria options to use are:

Select Estate report type
Click Pick Estate Criteria
Select Manager
- Select is current user (your name will be displayed beside the field)
  This criteria is optional - if left blank, all estates will be returned
Click Pick Estate Criteria
From Linked Records list, add sub-report of Certificates
- Click Estate has certificates
  - Select Estate does not have certificates
- Click Pick Certificate Criteria
  - Select Type - select not any of selected and then enter the required certificate type (e.g. Legionella Inspection)

3. Click Run Report
The relevant estates missing the specified certificate type will be listed
