Estates missing certificates - example Power Report

Power Reports are a flexible reporting tool that allow you to run reports on virtually anything in your Reapit database.

This guide gives an example of a useful Power Report you can run to generate a list of your managed estates where a specific certificate type is missing.

This example can be built on, or criteria options removed, to suit your requirements.

Remember, when building Power Reports, to consider which elements/fields in your database you need to query to get the information you need - these should be picked as your report criteria.

On the main menu, click Reports and select Power Reports:

1. Build your report criteria

Build your report, as outlined in building a Power Report and adding a sub-report / linked record

Use the guide below to ensure you add all the criteria required for this report

2. Criteria needed

For this report, criteria options to use are:

Select Estate report type
Click Pick Estate Criteria
Select Manager
- Select is current user (your name will be displayed beside the field)
  This criteria is optional - if left blank, all estates will be returned
Click Pick Estate Criteria
From Linked Records list, add sub-report of Certificates
- Click Estate has certificates
  - Select Estate does not have certificates
- Click Pick Certificate Criteria
  - Select Type - select not any of selected and then enter the required certificate type (e.g. Legionella Inspection)

3. Click Run Report

The relevant estates missing the specified certificate type will be listed
