This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Predefined reasons for an offer being withdrawn can be set up, resulting in withdrawal reasons being standardised across your business

These reasons can also be used as criteria when running Power Reports on offers

To set up predefined reasons on your system, contact Reapit Support

1. Withdraw the offer

From the Offers screen:

  • Select the offer

  • Change the offer Status to Withdrawn

2. Select the reason

  • Click the link beside Reason 

    The list of predefined reasons are displayed

  • Select the relevant reason

  • Enter any extra notes in Comment 

  • Click Accept

    Withdrawal details can be viewed after they have been entered - see 2a and can also be reported on (see next step)

 2a. Viewing withdrawal details

Once logged, withdrawal details can be viewed in the Offers screen by right-clicking over the withdrawn offer and selecting Withdrawal details

3. Reporting

From the main menu:

  • Click Reports and select Power Reports

  • Select a report type of Offer Report

  • Click Withdrawal reason then select which reasons to report on

  • Select any other required criteria for the report

  • Click Run Report

    You can also add a Withdrawal Reason column to your report results grid - see 3a

 3a. Add Withdrawal Reason column on results grid

Adding the Withdrawal Reason column on the results grid means that it will always be displayed for all Offer reports run, allowing you to sort/filter/group the results by reason

From the report results grid:

- Right-click over a grid heading

- Hover over Pick columns and click More

- Scroll to the bottom of the list, tick Withdrawal Reason and click Accept

- Right-click over a grid heading again and click Save grid layout
The column will now be displayed for all offer reports run
