Show inter-office split fees in pipeline report (sales)

When adding office or negotiator criteria to the pipeline report, it will include inter-office split fee information

1. Inter-office split fees setup & offer logging

In order for the inter-office split fees to be reported on, the fees and offer should should logged, as outlined in this section

a. Inter-office split fee setup

In order for the split fee to show up in the pipeline report, the following fields need to be completed in the property Financial screen

On property:

  • Click Financial

  • Ensure that a Inter-office Selling Fee and a Total Company Selling Fee has been entered

In order for the split fee to show up in the pipeline report, the following fields need to be completed in the Offers screen

Also on the property:

  • Click Offers and then click the Buyer and Sales Details tab

  • Ensure that the Selling Negotiator and Selling Office are entered/shown correctly

  • In the Fee splits panel, click and enter the details of the other office(s) and negotiator(s) who the fee is being split with

b. Offer logging

In the Offers screen (Offers & Reservations tab):

  • The accepted offer should have the selling Negotiator name against it (bottom left)

2. Pipeline report criteria

From Reports on main menu:

  • Click MI Analysis menu and select Offers & Pipeline Reports

  • Select Pipeline Report 

  • Add Office or Negotiator criteria to the report and click Report

The report results are shown in a grid - from the grid view:

  • Click Report

  • Select Standard Excel Report and click Accept
    Click Yes to include a pivot table

3. Excel report - show required information in pivot table

On PivotTable worksheet:

  • Click into the pivot table to display the PivotTable Fields list

  • From the PivotTable Fields list, tick:

    • Internal Fee Splits

    • Property Address

    • Selling Office Fee
      This information is then added to the pivot table
