The query transactions report option offers the ability to use a set of criteria to generate a list of transactions

1. Access query transactions report

From main menu:

  • Click Lettings/Rentals

  • Under Reporting & Analysis select Query Transactions

2. Query transactions screen

  • Use the criteria below to build your report - see examples in step 3

4. Report results

After building report criteria:

  • Click Report to run the report

  • The report results are shown in a grid, which allows you to:

    • Click any column heading to sort in ascending/descending order

    • Click to the right of a column heading for filter options

    • Right-click to show totals, add further columns and/or export to Excel

  • No labels
