Completing the applicant/buyer status screen as far as possible is highly recommended; doing so allows your data to be manipulated to generate business opportunities
For example: for lettings opportunities, the screen can be used to log applicants who are investors and, for sales opportunities, applicants who have a local property to sell can be noted. Reports can then be run on this data, examples are given below.

Applicant status options The screens on the right give examples of how an applicant should be set up when they are: a) a local applicant with a property to sell Ticking Potential Client for all your local applicants with a property to sell allows a Potential Client report to be run on your office, which then returns all your potential local vendors If the current agent details are also entered, this can assist in identifying trends b) an investor For Buying Reason, select Investor/To Let | a) a local applicant with a property to sell b) an investor |
