This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Two updates have been made for ID Checks in AgencyCloud 12.165, as outlined in the following sections:

1. View uploaded document before saving/submitting

When uploading a document to an ID check, the document can be viewed before saving/submitting the check

From any record where ID Check information can be stored (e.g. contact, applicant, tenant, etc):

  • Click Identity Check (top left)

After uploading a new document - before saving/submitting:

  • Click document and select View document

The document can also be removed via this menu

2. Add ID check documents via drag & drop

ID check documents can be added to an ID check in AgencyCloud via drag & drop - this can be done from a file attached in an email as well as from files stored on your device

From any record where ID Check information can be stored (e.g. contact, applicant, tenant, etc):

  • Click Identity Check (top left)

  • Navigate to the file location and click and drag the file over AgencyCloud on the taskbar

  • Drop the file over the relevant Upload file link

  • The file is automatically added to the ID check

  • No labels
