This article outlines how competitor market appraisals can be logged and tracked in detail

To log other agent appraisals, agent details need to on entered on the system as a company record

On the main menu, click Company, search for the required agent, if not found, click Add Company; make sure you choose Estate Agent as the business type

From the property record, click Financial: 

1. Other agent appraisals section

  • Click Other agent appraisals to display details already logged




2. Add appraisal details

From the Other agent appraisals section:

  • Click the + button to display the search companies screen

    Search for the required agent, double-click when found then click Accept to use their details

  • Complete the Other Agent Appraisal Details screen

    • Valuer can be chosen if staff names have been added to the agent's company record

  • Click Accept

3. Reporting options

Other Agent Appraisal information can be reported on using Power Reports

From the main menu, click Reports and select Power Reports: 

  • Ensure that the Property Report type is selected

  • To report on your office, click Office, then use the drop-down menu to select is current office

  • Click Pick Property Criteria again to return to the criteria list

    • If wanting to report on current market appraisal properties:

      • Click Sales Status, select any of, then use the drop-down menu to select Market Appraisal

    • Or, if wanting to report on recently lost MAs:

      • Click Show more, then select Lost MA Date and enter the date range required

  • Click Pick Property Criteria again to return to the criteria list

  • Click Show more, then in Linked Records select Other Agent Appraisals

  • Clicking Run Report at this stage will generate a list of all properties from your office with Other Agent Appraisals details logged

    To narrow down the list, use the criteria options offered, such as Commission, Date etc
