Available from version 12.175

A sales property can have a named sales administrator added on the property record as a relationship

This allows reports to be run to filter properties by sales administrator while also allowing the property grid, seen after running a sales property report/viewing sales properties via the Organiser, to show sales administrator information

This development allows other property relationships, such as the property Key Contact, to remain in place

The ability to set up an administrator relationship on a lettings property is already available (as a configuration option), outlined here: Identify Property Manager and/or Property Administrator on a lettings property - configuration option

1. Set sales administrator relationship

The sales administrator relationship is set on a sales property as a relationship

From sales property record:

  • In Relationships panel, click (plus) and select Sales Administrator

  • Select the required name from the list of users

  • The selected name is shown in the Relationships panel as Sales Admin
As with other relationships, just one sales administrator relationship can be identified on a property

2. Report on sales administrator

Click Power Reports:

  • Select report type of Property Report for Sales

  • Select Sales Admin and select the required name(s) to report on

Example report

This report returns all properties in the London office that are currently For Sale - Available where Simon Crisp is the sales administrator

View sales administrator information in property/Organiser report grids

From a report or organiser property grid:

  • Right-click over the column headings, select Pick columns, click More

  • Select Sales Admin Name and/or Sales Admin Code and click Accept

  • The new column(s) are added to the far right side of the grid - click and drag the column heading to the desired position

  • Right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout

  • The columns will show when using this type of grid again - grid functions can be used to sort, group or filter the list (available from version 12.176)

    • To sort the list, click the column heading

    • To group or filter the list, click to the right of the column heading to view filter icon (shown below), click icon and select required option to filter by or click Group by Sales Admin

In version 12.175 the filter option available is to search the Sales Admin column by text

The example above shows a property grid accessed via the Organiser - the same functionality is available when viewing the report results grid after running a property Power Report
