AgencyCloud is capable of handling commercial property details, as outlined below

Along with the appropriate sales or lettings functionality available, users can also:

  • have a separate commercial office with its own applicants and properties

  • assign commercial attributes to properties and requirements to applicants

  • store dedicated commercial property information

  • use commercial property keywords

This functionality requires specific configuration

1. Adding a commercial property

  • Add a new property, as usual

    You may have a separate commercial office set-up, if so…

In the Relationships panel:

  • Assign your new property to it in the Main Office field

2. Commercial Attributes

From property Attributes panel:

  • Click the edit (pencil) icon

  • Set the appropriate property Attributes
    Doing so enables a relevant internet feed and accurate matching

3. Dedicated commercial property information

In the property Attributes screen (shown in step 2):

  • A Commercial tab allows the recording of further information, exclusive to commercial properties

    A bespoke Keywords list may also be available in the Attributes screen, this allows more detail to be added about the property which, in turn, allows more specific applicant matching
