A ground rent type can be set on a sales property - four options are available:
not applicable
peppercorn*
to be confirmed (default type)
confirmed
This update allows a ground rent amount to be set when the type is set to confirmed or peppercorn, but when set to not applicable or to be confirmed, the amount is set to zero
The ground rent type can be included in a property report
* when a very small amount is paid to the owner (e.g. £1) to ensure their arrangement is legal
