Fi - Reapit's chatbot - available via desktop‘Fi’ - Reapit’s chatbot - can be used to ask ‘how to’ questions regarding the use of Reapit CRM for sales and lettings - asking Fi a question uses AI to search the Knowledge Base to return relevant answers based on the keywords used in the question

Property inspection appointment allocation on inspection scheduleAn update has been made to the inspection schedule which determines how appointments are displayed with regards to when an appointment is due and when an appointment has been booked
Property licensing screen enhancementsThe property licensing screen has been enhanced to include additional fields, plus some existing fields have been renamed
