The ability to use āFiā - Reapitās chatbot - is now available within the Reapit desktop product
Fi can be used to ask āhow do I?ā questions regarding the use of Reapit CRM for sales and lettings
Asking Fi a question uses AI to search the most-used Knowledge Base content to return relevant answers based on the keywords used in the question
1. Ask Fi a question Fi is always available to use via the main menu
If you need to refer to the answer again, you can copy it to another location (e.g. Word) |
2. Fiās answer Icons are available at the bottom of Fiās answer, as follows (from left to right):
If Fi doesnāt know the answer to your question⦠In some cases, Fi may give you an incorrect answer - if this happens:
You might be told that no answer is available - if this happens:
