An appointment can be marked as a 'repeat' - this is particularly useful for viewings, as it allows a repeat viewing to be clearly identified from a first viewing

1. Marking an appointment as a repeat

From the diary appointment:

  • Enter the appointment details, as usual

  • Tick Repeat

2. Repeat appointment in diary

From the diary:

  • The appointment is shown as (Repeat)

When a repeat appointment is not fully visible in the diary, the (Repeat) flag can be seen when hovering over the appointment in the diary

3. Repeat appointment in diary grid

When viewing appointments from the Organiser grid, repeat appointments can be identified

From the Organiser, My Appointments panel header:

  • Click Pop out into full results icon
The Text Diary window is displayed

  • The Repeat column needs to be added to the grid (and saved) - this is a one-off task
Right-click over the grid column headings, select Pick columns then click Repeat, then click Save grid layout

  • Click the Repeat column heading to sort the list of appointments, or click to the right of the heading to filter or group the list

This screen can be set up to show Yes/No results as a tick/cross instead

To set this up, right-click over the column headings and select Show yes/no as image then right-click again and click Save grid layout
