This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to the following regions: UK, APAC, UAE

From version 12.130+, when using the tenancy renewal negotiation function, two updates are available:

  1. A renewal check can be marked as Not Needed

  2. A follow-up date can be added to a renewal which can then be reported on using Power Reports

1. Mark a renewal check as Not Needed

From the renewal negotiation screen, Checks section:

  • Click the link and select the required check

  • Tick Not Needed and click Accept

    The check is then displayed as complete but marked as not needed in brackets


2. Adding a follow up date

From the renewal negotiation screen:

  • A Follow Up date can be set (bottom right)

    The date is visible from both the Renewal Details and Agreement tab of the renewal negotiation screen


The follow up date can be reported on via Power Reports:

  • From the Power Reports screen

  • Select report type of Renewal Negotiations

  • Select report criteria:
    • Status - select Negotiating
      To return current negotiations
    • Follow Up - select date range to report on
      E.g. this week, today, next x days 

  • Click Run Report
