This article details how to enable custom applicant status options
From AgencyCloud 12.145+, a key contact can request access to the Setup Sources/Position/Feedback screen which allows them to set up their own custom applicant status options
Clients (& Reapit Support) can set up custom applicant status options, as outlined here - however, if a client hasn't used custom options before, a configuration option also needs to be enabled to switch the feature on - as outlined below
Adding a custom list removes all default options - meaning that only the custom options will be available to select from the Applicant Status list
Default options can still be selected by right-clicking over the Status field on the applicant record
