A tenant can use the Consumer Portal to view the status of their Pre-Tenancy or Post-Tenancy Checks

When a tenancy is at arranging status, the Pre-Tenancy checklist will be shown - when a tenancy is current, this list will change to display the Post-Tenancy checklist

Pre-Tenancy & Post-Tenancy Checks are managed by the agent in AgencyCloud on the tenancy via the Pre-Tenancy/Post-Tenancy tabs

To do this, the tenant needs to access their tenant view first - as outlined here:

1. Access Checklist option

From tenant view:

  • Click Checklist

2. View checklist

  • Pre-Tenancy or Post-Tenancy Checks list will be displayed, along with their current status

  • While a tenancy is arranging, the Pre-Tenancy checks will be shown

  • When a tenancy is current, the Post-Tenancy checks will be shown

Information shown here is a reflection of the current status of the checks managed by the agent in AgencyCloud on the tenancy record (Pre-Tenancy / Post-Tenancy tabs)
