A configuration option is available to provide tenancy income report functionality - this gives the ability to run two detailed tenancy income reports, outlined below

To request this configuration to be enabled, click here to contact Reapit Support

The tenancy income reporting screen allows two types of reports to be run:

  • Fees & Commission report
Detailed report which gives an indication of fees/commission earned that can be broken down by negotiator/office - this report outputs to a grid and is outlined in more detail here:
Fees & commission report (tenancy income report)

  • Tenancy Income & Forecast report
This report, which is output to Excel, gives an indication of expected income from both invoiced and pipeline fees which can be broken down by negotiator/office - this report outputs to Excel and is outlined in more detail here: Tenancy income & forecast report (tenancy income report)

To get full benefit from the tenancy income report, it is advised to enable tenancy fee allocation/split functionality, which allows one or more of the following to be specified per tenancy:

  • negotiator fee split as a percentage

  • office fee split as a percentage

  • negotiator fixed fee commission
One, some or all 3 can be enabled, depending on business requirements

This functionality is outlined in more detail here:
