Expand/collapse all function in letters screen for grouped saved letters/documents

When a letters screen has letters/documents saved and stored in category groups, an option to expand or collapse all categories is available

Sales & lettings/rentals content

Open contact record of tenant, additional tenants & occupiers on an arranging tenancy

When a tenancy is at Arranging Tenancy status, the contact records of the main tenant, additional tenants and occupiers can be opened from the tenancy screen

Update to existing security setting to allow/restrict editing of main office and/or shared offices on lettings property

An existing security setting for lettings properties which could be set to prevent a user from changing both the main office and shared office(s) has been updated to create two security settings which allow/prevent a user from being able to change the main office and/or change shared office(s)

Accounts content*

Deposit notes can be added on a tenancy

Deposit notes can be added/viewed on a tenancy via the tenant refunds screen - once added, deposit notes can also be viewed on the tenancy Activity Feed

Show unposted fees on tenancy income report

When running a Tenancy Income & Forecast report, unposted tenancy fees are now shown on the tenancy income report within the pipeline income figures

New user interface (UI) updates

New UI - payments screen

As part of the on-going new user interface (UI) project, the payments screen has been redesigned to bring it in line with previously redesigned screens

Configuration options are available to Enterprise customers only
