Further to the addition in version 12.171 outlined here: Update to Sales Daily Report to show number of matches & details sent information - it is now possible to view the data behind the number of matches and number of details sent within the Sales Daily Report

1. Access match & details sent information in the Sales Daily Report

From main menu:

  • Click Reports and select Sales Daily Report

  • Both columns are available to the far right of the report

    • Matches shows how many match activities have been carried out in the selected day and month by office and negotiator/user - these counts include where there has been journal entries for matches, hand matches, details sent and brochures sent

    • Details Sent shows how many details have been sent out in the selected day and month by office and negotiator/user - these counts only include the details sent journal entry

2. Access data behind Matches and Details Sent information

To find out details of the matches carried out, from Matches or Details Sent column:

  • Click required Day or Month figure (shown above)
    You may wish to expand the data shown to see details by user - click + icon beside office name

Matches / Details Sent are shown in a grid:

  • To view the related applicant or property record, right-click the relevant match and select
    Show Applicant/Property

Usual grid functions can be used on the match/details sent information:

  • Click a column heading to sort by that column

  • Click to the right of the column heading to view the filter icon where the column can be searched, filtered or grouped (dependent on column content)

  • Add/remove columns by right-clicking over the column heading and selecting Pick columns
    Columns can also be moved by clicking and dragging them to a new position

  • After making changes to the grid layout, right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout

Option to Export to - Excel Spreadsheet is also available by right-clicking over the column headings
