This page explains how to view and report on tenant and landlord arrears.

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to the following regions: UK, APAC

From the main menu, click Lettings then Chase Arrears:

1. Filter the screen

By default, tenant arrears display, you can keep the view like this or switch to display landlord arrears:

  • Click the Landlords radio button (top right)

    After working with landlord arrears, you can then switch back to tenant arrears using the Tenants radio button (top right)

2. Print options

Click Print for options to:

  • print a detailed report
  • send an email
  • generate a letter
  • send a text

    ...to the tenants/landlords in arrears
