Enable the Reapit Go integration for your company (one-off process)

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

In order for your business to use the Reapit Go integration, it must be enabled via the Reapit AppMarket first

The Reapit Go integration only needs to be enabled once for the whole company, not for each individual user

This page outlines how to enable the Reapit Go integration for your company, as well as how to identify if it is already enabled

1. Access Reapit AppMarket

The AppMarket can be accessed directly or from within the Reapit CRM desktop product

Access AppMarket directly (not using Reapit CRM)

From main menu:

  • Click Apps and select Browse Apps

From AppMarket:

  • Use the search field to search for Reapit Go - e.g. type go

  • Matching apps will be automatically displayed - click Reapit Go

2. Enable integration

From the Reapit Go page on AppMarket:

  • Click Enable Integration

If the Enable Integration button is not available, it might be because:

  • Reapit Go integration has already been enabled within your organisation
    See section 4 for more information

  • You are not authorised to enable AppMarket apps
    Consult your Reapit key contact or Reapit Customer Success Manager (CSM)
    or click here to contact Reapit Support

3. Read/confirm installation notes & data permissions

Installation notes & data permission details are shown:

  • Click Confirm

  • Click Back To App

  • The Reapit Go integration is now enabled, as indicated on the screen below

4. How to identify if the Reapit Go integration is already installed for your company

If the Reapit Go integration is already installed for your company, this can be seen on the Reapit Go page on AppMarket

From Reapit Go page on AppMarket:

  • Integration Enabled is displayed
