If you need to log a ticket with Reapit Support due to an issue with Reapit Go, Reapit Support may request that you take a screen recording of the issue - this will only be requested when an issue cannot be replicated or when seeing the issue in action makes it much easier to understand and document
Use Reapit Go to make a call or send a message via email, SMS or WhatsApp
A contact can be called or a message sent (via Email, SMS or WhatsApp) from Reapit Go - to log the contact, after making a call or sending a message, a journal entry can be created
