Follow up appointments on Reapit Go

The Reapit Go homepage displays an overview of appointments to follow up for the logged in user, and follow up information can be entered on appointments via Reapit Go - when an appointment has taken place, the Reapit Go appointment summary screen provides shortcut options to call or send a quick WhatsApp or SMS/text message to request or pass on appointment feedback to the relevant parties

The Reapit Go homepage displays an overview of upcoming appointments, plus appointments to follow up for the logged in user

Request feedback & send feedback functions

After an appointment has taken place, options are available to request feedback from the main attendee and send feedback to the vendor/landlord

Feedback can be requested/sent via a WhatsApp or SMS/text message, or the main attendee/vendor/landlord called - this can also be logged in the appropriate journals

1. Request feedback

After an appointment has taken place, from the appointment summary screen:

  • Tap Request Feedback

  • A message is automatically generated for the main attendee, based on the appointment details, which can be edited as required

2. Send feedback

After an appointment has taken place, from the appointment summary screen:

  • Tap Send Feedback

  • A message is automatically generated for the main vendor/landlord, based on the appointment details, which can be edited to allow the feedback to be added

Enter follow up information on full appointment detail screen

After an appointment has taken place:

  • Access appointment to view the appointment summary screen then tap Details

  • The full appointment details screen is displayed - tap Follow Up tab

  • Follow up the appointment by entering the following information:

    • Set the Attendance to Attended or No Show

    • Where available, select the Feedback reason from the drop-down menu

    • Enter Follow Up Notes

  • Tap the Followed Up button so it displays as shown above
    This can only be done once Feedback or Follow Up Notes have been entered

  • Tap Update to save the follow up information entered
